Can I bring my own drink into the festival?
Yes! Only if you are camping, there is a limit of either 10 cocktail 250ml cans or 8 500ml cans of lager
Will I need ID?
Open Arms Fest will be following a strict Challenge 25 policy for both entry and purchase of alcohol AT ALL THE BARS
Is camping included with my weekend ticket?
Yes, any valid weekend ticket permits a space in our campsite
Is the campsite open at all times?
Yes, you have free flow in and out of the campsite throughout the festival open times. WE OPERATE AN OPEN SITE ONCE YOU HAVE PASSED SECURITY
What happens in a bad weather scenario ?
The festival will go ahead rain or shine, so come prepared for all conditions. Open Arms will monitor the weather to ensure that any severe weather warnings are taken into account.
Can I leave and re-enter the site?
Yes, however re-entry will be only available before 8pm on both days.

Are there any prohibited items in the campsite?
Yes. Items such as glass, illegal substances, generators, and open flames (including disposable BBQs) are not allowed. A full prohibited items list will be provided before the event.
what are the rules surrounding camper vans?
VANS MUST BE ON SITE BY 2PM FRIDAY 26TH JUNE
YOU WILL BE IN YOUR OWN DESIGNATED CAMPSITE NEXT TO THE MAIN CAMPSITE
Can I bring a portable stereo into the festival?
Bluetooth speakers with a max power of 25w may be permitted into the campsite area only. Loud, irresponsible use or other nuisance may lead to confiscation
When can I park on site?
As soon as our festival gates open, 11:00 Friday 26th June
Site closes 12:00pm Sunday 28th June
Can I use an email receipt to gain entry?
No, QR codes are the only form of valid information to gain entry. Paper copies, emailed QR codes or a code within the Skiddle app are acceptable. We recommend saving a copy incase of little phone internet connectivity
Is the festival cashless?
Cash is accepted at our bars, and we suggest bringing emergency cash funds incase of a problem with card points, however cards are happily accepted
what should I bring?
Essentials include your ticket, ID, suitable clothing for weather conditions, camping gear (if applicable), and any personal items you may need
